This wonderful work of art was painted in 2010. This was a very busy and productive year for Pauline, during which she produced some of her finest works.
During 2010, Pauline produced amazingly detailed portraits and incredible figurative oils. Yet she still found time to experiment. This artwork is part of a series of paintings exploring the subject of mental health, along with other pieces, such as Isolation and Blue Shadow which were also created during this period.
